芒青谷地

芒青谷地（越南语：／）是位於越南西北奠邊省的山谷。山谷長12公里，闊3公里，充滿了叢林，稻田和湖泊。越盟打敗法國軍隊的奠邊府戰役也是發生在此。

芒青谷地在泰人文化中佔重要地位，泰人相信他們最早發源於此地，然後分布到附近地區。
