英格蘭人（英語：，古英語：）是英國英格蘭的原住族群和民族，母語是英語。他們在過千年前被古英語稱作「Anglecynn」時已有高度的身分認同。英格蘭人主要居住於英國的構成國家─英格蘭上。

以族群的角度看，英格蘭人被認為凯尔特布立吞人、盎格魯-撒克遜人、凱爾特人、維京人等遠古族群的後裔。以民族的角度看，因為近年大量外國少數民族的移民，英格蘭人極多元化。
