蒙莱（法語：）是法国上卢瓦尔省的一个市镇，属于韦莱地区勒皮伊区（Le Puy-en-Velay）阿莱格尔县（Allègre）。该市镇总面积35.7平方公里，2009年时的人口为422人。[1]
