變容二極體
變容二極體，是接面電容隨電壓電壓變化而顯著改變的一種特殊二極管。變容二極管平時工作在反偏狀態，其反偏電壓的變化會改變空乏區的厚度，從而影響接面電容的大小。這種二極體在類別調諧電路中都有廣泛應用。[1]
