1劉翰東辽宁省丹东市1946年－1948年1946年1月8日上任，1948年2月18日卸任。1950年11月16日在臺北市逝世。
2徐梁奉天府遼陽州1948年2月－1948年12月1948年2月18日接任[1][2]。3月13日四平被攻克，遼北省滅亡。1977年6月20日在臺北逝世。
