阮肇昌（1890年－1982年），字绍文，云南昆明人。

生平

1927年，加入国民革命军，任37军参谋长。1929年，任山东省政府委员，6月起兼任济南市市长，为首任济南市长。1946年10月11月当选制宪国大代表。1955年4月当选政协云南省常务委员。
