阿得拉尔
阿得拉尔或阿得拉（英語：、、）是一种复方药，包含中樞神經系統兴奋剂苯丙胺的两种对映异构体的四种盐类。阿得拉尔主要用于治疗注意力不足過動症（ADHD）和發作性嗜睡病，也有人用它作运动员兴奋剂和益智药，以及享乐时用作春药和欣快剂。
