饸饹面
饸饹面是中国北方的一种特色面食，制作方法特别不象以往用手搓揉，而是使用器具制作。河南郏县饸饹面做的尤为好吃，远近闻名。圆形面条，口感滑溜且有嚼劲，郏县饸饹面以羊肉饸饹面最受欢迎。
