鳳仙花 (民歌)

《鳳仙花》（沖繩語：；羅馬化：[1]），是琉球音樂中一首著名的傳統民謠，其歌詞強調儒家文化尊重長輩及祖先的思想，並且傳達感思父母教誨的琉球價值，也於琉球人在海外社群之間傳唱[2]^:305[3]。此歌亦為2003年澳洲公路電影《日本故事》的電影原聲帶歌曲之一，於2012年被琉球人票選為琉球人最喜愛的一首歌。

《鳳仙花》是沖繩最流行的兒歌之一，描述為人子女對父母的職責：「染你指尖的是鳳仙花盛開的花瓣；染你心智的是父母的教導」[2][4]，被用來教導小孩子要聽父母的話 [5]。琉球文化中，人們用鳳仙花染指甲，除裝飾外人們還相信這樣可以驅邪[6][7]。此歌強調儒家文化尊重長輩及祖先的思想，並述說此尊重強化家族凝聚力，同時也提醒年輕一代為長老世代照亮未來方向[2]^:305。

此歌於2003年上映的澳洲公路電影《日本故事》中經音樂家伊麗莎白·德雷克（英語：）改編成名為Chinsagu No Hana的電影原聲帶歌曲[8]，並因此獲得澳洲AFI 2003年的電影配樂獎項[9]及2004年澳洲APRA電影奬的電影配樂獎項[9]。琉球作家Wesley Iwao Ueunten批評此電影不當運用此民歌，買賣並褻瀆了這富有琉球靈魂意義的歌曲[2]^:293-4。

1972年5月15日，美國將琉球行政權交予日本，同日沖繩縣通過了關於沖繩縣民之歌及沖繩縣旗的確定，在2011年為了慶祝「復帰40周年」，而舉辦了縣民愛唱歌指定曲的票選活動[10]。投票結果於2012年3月18日公佈，由沖繩縣民票選出的最喜愛的歌曲排行榜上《鳳仙花》獲得18.7%的總票數取得第一名[11][12]。
