AFI百年百大电影（英語：）是美国电影学会发布的“AFI百年系列”（英語：）的第一个部分[1]，它发布于于1998年，由美國電影學會（AFI）從400片提名電影中選出100部得来。

2007年1月18日，美國電影學會发布了AFI百年百大电影的更新版。

中文電影譯名有歧異者，皆附於英文片名之後。

入选要求

电影的入选与排名根据如下条件判断：

电影至少要有40分钟长。
电影必须是英语电影，并且重要的创作元素或资金来源必须是来自美国。
电影必须在电影界或各大电影节获过奖。
电影要通过技术创新或有远见的叙事方法或其他突破性成就对事情进行记录。
