CSUR

CSUR（ConScript Unicode Registry）是一个协调Unicode私人使用区中分配给人工文字的码位的志愿项目。[1]这个项目由約翰·沃爾德瑪爾·科文创立，并由他和叶密豪维护，然而这个项目已有数年未更新。这个项目与统一码联盟官方并无关联。

UCSUR （Under-ConScript Unicode Registry）是一个仿效CSUR，为尚未被CSUR支持的人工文字分配码位的项目。该项目由蕾貝卡·貝滕科特（Rebecca Bettencourt）运营。[2]

曾有用户向Google提议，希望Noto能支持CSUR和UCSUR，但被拒绝，理由是Noto仅为被Unicode收录的文字提供支持[12]。
