湯姆斯·伯爾科夫斯基斯（拉脫維亞語：，1992年9月10日－），綽號Tobu，拉脫維亞音樂製作人。截於2020年7月23號，Tobu在YouTube達到104萬訂閱。

早年
Burkovskis於11歲，初嘗製作音樂。其17歲時，爲成爲音樂製作人，而買一個FL Studio同一個常見之數碼聲音工作站。其餘靠YouTube教學自學，原無有關音樂之學歷。另外，其製作人朋友都教其一些技術，亦有協助其。
Burkovskis之製作過程，受電子音樂製作人鼠來寶之歌《Strobe》同音樂家Avicii之歌《Levels》所啟發。另外，音樂製作人Archie都有影響到其。[1]
