傑諾瓦士蛋糕

傑諾瓦士蛋糕（英語：），又稱熱那亞蛋糕（但“熱那亞”一詞很少拼寫為Genoise[1][2][3][4]），是以地名熱那亞的海綿蛋糕命名[5]，與法國飲食文化有關。
