分型

分型（strain）是生物学分类使用的概念。

病毒学

指病毒的毒株。例如，不同的流感毒株的感染性不同。

微生物学

细菌或真菌的菌株。是具有不同基因型并能稳定遗传的亚型。

植物学

植物学与农学的品系，指源自共同祖先，具有统一的形态学或生理学特性的植株。[1]

例如，某些水稻经过基因改造后成为一个新的品系。[2]

啮齿类

大鼠或小鼠的品系。
