徐尚勋

天啟二年（1622年）登進士。天啟五年（1625年）接替郭如任华亭县知县一职，崇禎元年（1628年）由郑友元接任。

徐尚勋（1592年－1633年），字拙也，號未孩，浙江德清人，明朝政治人物，同进士出身。
