方尚恂

方尚恂，字威侯，号菉阿，浙江淳安人，明朝政治人物。进士出身。

萬曆四十一年（1613年）癸丑科進士。万历年间接替马廷献任建宁府知府一职，万历年间由龚承荐接任。
