历史

於1961年在意大利成立，市場佔有率愈80%[2][3]，垂直整合了整個供應鏈，業務涵蓋了生產、批發和零售，旗下品牌包括：亮視點、雷朋、Oakley和奢侈品牌如香奈兒、普拉達、亞曼尼、巴寶莉、凡賽斯的太陽眼鏡業務。

2017年1月17日，羅薩奧蒂卡宣佈將和法國鏡片制造商依視路合併，2018年10月1日，新公司EssilorLuxottica成立。
