葛纶

嘉靖三十五年（1556年）丙辰科進士。隆庆二年（1568年）接替唐九德任漳州府知府一职，隆庆四年（1570年）由罗青霄接任。

葛纶，字禮卿，直隸蘇州府長洲縣人，崑山縣民籍，明朝政治人物。
