諾活卑尼咸及聖彼得市（英語：）是南澳州的地方政府區域，位於阿德萊德以東。市政局選區分為多倫士、卑尼咸、西諾活／根德鎮、京盛敦、美崙／三一花園（三席）五個選區，[2]古蹟諾活大會堂為市政局議事堂所在地。.[4]

歷史
1997年11月1日，諾活卑尼咸及聖彼得市成立，分別由京盛敦及諾活市、卑尼咸市及聖彼得公司市鎮合併而成。[5][6]初期選區分為東阿德萊德／克尼、史沓尼／美崙、多倫士、卑尼咸、三一花園、諾活／根德鎮。[5]
