幻觉
幻覺(英語:Hallucination)是指在沒有客觀刺激作用於相應感官的條件下,而感覺到的一種真實的、生動的知覺。相對的,錯覺則是具有真正的外在刺激,但反應錯誤的認知。幻覺是知覺障礙的一種,主要分為幻聽、幻視、幻觸等,最常見的是幻聽、幻視等。幻覺多出現在精神病狀態下,但正常人在緊張、疲勞、高燒等時候,也可產生幻覺。

幻覺的產生原因
幻覺出現在高燒、癲癇、思覺失調、施用致幻劑等狀態下產生。主要因素是神經傳導物質多巴胺與血清素分泌異常造成,人人都有產生幻覺激素的生理機制,與糖尿病相同,人人都有產生糖尿的潛能,但只有不正常的內分泌才會有明顯症狀。藥物同樣可以導致幻覺產生。
