準穀物
準穀物（英語：），也稱為假穀物、類穀物，是和谷物一樣可以作為糧食的阔叶植物（非禾本科），其種子可以磨成粉或是像谷物一樣食用。常見的準穀物有苋属植物（尾穗苋、红苋菜、千穗谷）、藜麥及蕎麥[1]。
藜麥不是穀物，其種子作為食物已有六千年的歷史
