神經發展障礙

神經發育障礙或神經發展障礙（Neurodevelopmental disorder）是精神疾患中的一種。此用詞有幾種不同的定義，其中一種範圍較窄的定義是指有關脑部[1]，會影響情绪、一般學習能力、自我管理及記憶的發展障礙。

分類

以下症状會歸類為神經發育障礙：

  1. 智能障礙（ID）或是智能及發展性障礙（IDD）
  2. 自閉症光譜，例如亞斯伯格症候群或肯納症候群
  3. 運動障礙，例如發展性協調障礙及刻板性運動障礙
  4. 抽动障碍，例如妥瑞症
  5. 創傷性腦損傷（包括造成腦性麻痺的先天創傷[2]）
  6. 溝通障礙
  7. 遺傳疾病，例如X染色體易裂症、唐氏综合征[3]、注意力不足過動症、精神分裂症、分裂性人格障礙、低促性腺素功能减退症[4]。
  8. 因為神經毒性造成的疾病，例如胎兒酒精譜系障礙，因為汞造成的水俁病，，其他重金屬也可能有神經毒性，例如铅、铬、铂等，有神經毒性的烃有二噁英、多溴二苯醚（PBDE）及多氯聯苯（PCB），其他藥物及非法藥物（如可卡因等）。
  9. 學習障礙包含其下轄之閱讀障礙、失讀症等。[5]
