胸膜
胸膜（pulmonary pleurae）為肺部外層一對反摺的漿膜，包圍肺臟及胸腔。臟層胸膜（visceral pleura）為肺部外層的細緻漿膜，臟層胸膜沿著肺實質的形狀綿密包覆，且也會進入到肺葉間的裂隙[1]。壁層胸膜（parietal pleura）則主要包覆胸腔壁內面。並分隔胸膜腔與縱膈腔。壁層胸膜的感覺由肋間神經及膈神經支配。而在壁層胸膜和臟層胸膜之間的空間則稱為胸膜腔，內含有潤滑的液體，可減少臟器的摩擦[1]。
