盐酸西替利嗪(、嗪/(秦)/)是一种抗过敏药，又稱去敏定、司特寧、仙特明、協帝、CETIN或CETY，它是第二代H1抗組織胺藥，为长效的具选择性的口服强效抗变态反应药。

在中国，从2008年1月11日起，盐酸西替利嗪由处方药转换为非处方药。[1]在香港以治敏速的名字由葛蘭素史克以非處方藥發售。某些人或對鹽酸西替利嗪產生昏睡的副作用，故第一次服用該藥物建議避免駕駛交通工具或操作機器等。
相關製劑
與二氫氯化物(di-hydrochloride; 二鹽酸化物、二鹽酸鹽)形成組合藥劑(combination drug)「思得寧」、「去敏定」(Cetirizine dihydrochloride 10mg/長效型之抗過敏及抗組織胺藥、台灣南光化學製藥)。[2]
