酯酶

酯酶英語:)是一種水解酶催化劑,可在水分子的參與下,經由水解作用,將酯類切割成酸類醇類。此類酶參與多種生物化學反應,依其專屬受質蛋白質結構,以及功能而有不同。

  • EC 3.1.1羧酸酯水解酶類(Carboxylic ester hydrolases
  • EC 3.1.2: 硫酯水解酶類(Thiolester hydrolases
    • 硫酯酶類(Thioesterase
      • Ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase L1
  • EC 3.1.3: Phosphoric monoester hydrolases
    • 碱性磷酸酶Phosphatase,EC 3.1.3.x):將磷酸單酯phosphoric acid monoesters)轉化為磷酸離子和醇類物質。
    • 果糖磷酸二酯酶 (3.1.3.11), converts fructose-1,6-bisphosphate to fructose-6-phosphate in gluconeogenesis
