就職宣誓

就職宣誓（Oath of office），依照各國憲法或法例，總統、政府主要官員、議員、法官和其他司法官、執法人員在就職時必須宣誓，須按照指定的誓詞宣誓。拒絕依法宣誓人士，最嚴重的情況，可能會喪失就任資格。

1963年，甘迺迪遇刺後，林登·詹森宣誓就任第36任美國總統

美國

美國憲法第2條第1款規定總統宣誓就職的誓詞如下：[1]

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

余謹莊嚴宣誓（或鄭重聲明），余必忠實執行美利堅合眾國總統職務，竭盡全力，恪守、維護及捍衛美利堅合眾國憲法。

在美國每個新的國會會期開始時，每個奇數年的元月份，新當選或連任的國會議員 - 整個眾議院和參議院三分之一 - 必須宣誓：

I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter.

余，（姓名），莊嚴地發誓（或肯定）余將支持並捍衛美國憲法，反對所有外國和國內之敵人; 我將對此持忠誠並效忠; 余自由承擔此項義務，無任何精神上之保留或逃避之目的; 且余將忠實履行余即進入之職位之責。

這一誓言也由副總統，內閣成員，聯邦法官以及除總統以外的所有其他民事和軍事官員以及聯邦僱員公開宣示。

俄羅斯

俄羅斯聯邦總統的就職誓詞：[2]

余謹以至誠，在行使俄羅斯聯邦總統之權力，必尊重及維護民眾與國民之權利與自由，執行並捍衛俄羅斯聯邦憲法，捍衛國家主權與獨立，國家安全與政府廉潔，忠實為人民服務。

中華民國

蔡英文宣誓就任中華民國第十四任總統

總統、副總統、立法委員、直轄市議會議員、縣市(直轄市)長、縣市(直轄市)議員、鄉鎮市區長、鄉鎮市區民代表(不包含村里長)就職宣誓時，要向國旗及國父遺像肅立，舉右手向上伸直，手掌放開，五指併攏，掌心向前，宣讀誓詞。宣誓後，分別於誓詞上簽名、蓋章，送監誓人之機關存查。[3] [4]

按中華民國憲法第 48 條之規定總統應於就職時宣誓，總統就職誓詞：

余謹以至誠，向全國人民宣誓，余必遵守憲法，盡忠職務，增進人民福利，保衛國家，無負國民付託。如違誓言，願受國家嚴厲之制裁。謹誓。

副總統就職誓詞：

余謹以至誠，向全國人民宣誓，余必遵守憲法，效忠國家。如違誓言，願受國家嚴厲之制裁。謹誓。

直轄市長、縣（市）長、鄉（鎮、市）長就職誓詞：

余誓以至誠，恪遵國家法令，盡忠職守，報效國家，不妄費公帑，不濫用人員，不營私舞弊，不受授賄賂，如違誓言，願受最嚴厲之處罰。謹誓。

立法委員、直轄市議會議員、縣市議員、鄉鎮市區民代表就職誓詞：

余誓以至誠，恪遵憲法，效忠國家，代表人民依法行使職權，不徇私舞弊，不營求私利，不受授賄絡，不干涉司法，如違誓言，願受最嚴厲之制裁，謹誓。

中华人民共和国

十三届全国人大一次会议上，李克强被任命为总理后，公开对宪法宣誓。

2015年7月1日，第十二届全国人大常委会第十五次会议表决通过《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于实行宪法宣誓制度的决定》，自2016年1月1日起施行。《决定》要求全国人民代表大会及其常务委员会、国务院、中央军委、最高人民法院、最高人民检察院等中央国家机构和县级以上人大及其常委会、人民政府、人民法院、人民检察院等县级以上地方国家机构选出或任命的国家工作人员在就任时应当公开对宪法宣誓[5][6][7]。

2016年1月1日起施行誓词

我宣誓：忠于中华人民共和国宪法，维护宪法权威，履行法定职责，忠于祖国、忠于人民，恪尽职守、廉洁奉公，接受人民监督，为建设富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义国家努力奋斗！

2018年3月12日起施行誓词

我宣誓：忠于中华人民共和国宪法，维护宪法权威，履行法定职责，忠于祖国、忠于人民，恪尽职守、廉洁奉公，接受人民监督，为建设富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国努力奋斗！

香港（包括港英时期）

香港立法局議員的誓詞: 1985年前，香港立法局議員就職時必須進行「效忠宣誓」。

「效忠宣誓」（）[9]誓詞如下：

本人，XXX，謹遵法律宣誓：本人必竭誠向女皇伊利沙伯二世陛下及其繼位人效忠，此誓。

I, XXX, swear that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Her Heirs and Successors, according to law. So help me God.

在1985年，港英政府提出修例，使立法局議員宣誓就職時可選擇「效忠宣誓」或「立法局宣誓」，不必向英國君主宣誓效忠。[10]

「立法局宣誓」（）[11]誓詞如下：

本人，XXX，謹此宣誓：本人必定維護香港法律，並且必定以立法局議員身份，衷誠而確實為香港市民效力。此誓。

I, XXX, swear that I will uphold the law of Hong Kong, and that I will conscientiously and truly serve the people of Hong Kong as a member of the Legislative Council. So help me God.

1997年香港回归后，香港特別行政區行政長官的誓詞：[12]

本人______，謹此宣誓：本人就任中華人民共和國香港特別行政區行政長官，定當擁護《中華人民共和國香港特別行政區基本法》，效忠中華人民共和國香港特別行政區，盡忠職守，遵守法律，廉潔奉公，爲香港特別行政區服務，對中華人民共和國中央人民政府和香港特別行政區負責。

1997年香港回歸後，香港立法會議員的誓詞：[13]

我謹此宣誓：本人就任中華人民共和國香港特別行政區立法會議員，定當擁護《中華人民共和國香港特別行政區基本法》，效忠中華人民共和國香港特別行政區，盡忠職守，遵守法律，廉潔奉公，為香港特別行政區服務。

香港國家安全法實施後, 香港特別行政區公務員效忠政府宣誓聲明範本:

我僅此聲明：本人受聘為中華人民共和國香港特別行政區公務員，定當擁護《中華人民共和國香港特別行政區基本法》，效忠中華人民共和國香港特別行政區，盡忠職守，對香港特別行政區政府負責。

根據《港區國安法》第六條列明：「香港特別行政區居民在參選或者就任公職時應當依法簽署文件確認或者宣誓擁護中華人民共和國香港特別行政區基本法，效忠中華人民共和國香港特別行政區。」

2020年7月1日在至10月12日之間入職的公務員，是首批要加簽宣誓聲明的公務員；10月13日或之後入職的，需要簽署後才可以正式返工。

澳门

澳門特別行政區行政長官的誓詞：[14]

本人_____，謹此宣誓：本人就任中華人民共和國澳門特別行政區行政長官，必當擁護並負責執行《中華人民共和國澳門特別行政區基本法》，效忠中華人民共和國及其澳門特別行政區，盡忠職守，遵守法律，廉潔奉公，致力於維護澳門的穩定和發展，對中央人民政府和澳門特別行政區負責。

韓國

根據《大韓民國憲法》第69條，总统的誓詞如下：

余將遵守憲法，保衛國家，維護祖國和平統一，增進國民自由和福利，增進民族文化，誠實履行總統職務，在國民面前，嚴肅宣誓。

馬來西亞

《馬來西亞聯邦憲法》第六附表規定的宣誓就職的誓詞如下：[15][16]

就職與效忠宣誓

Saya, (nama), setelah dipilih (atau dilantik) memegang jawatan (nama jawatan) dengan sesungguhnya bersumpah (atau berikrar) bahawa saya akan dengan jujur menunaikan kewajipan-kewajipan jawatan itu dengan segala upaya saya, bahawa saya akan menumpahkan taat setia yang sebenar kepada Malaysia, dan akan memelihara, melindungi dan mempertahankan Perlembagaannya.

I, (name), having been elected (or appointed) to the office of (title of office) do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully discharge the duties of that office to the best of my ability, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to Malaysia, and will preserve, protect and defend its Constitution.

本人（姓名），當選（或被任命）出任（職務），在此鄭重宣誓（或保證），我將盡我所能，忠實地補充我的職責。本人定當效忠馬來西亞，並維護、保護和捍衛《馬來西亞憲法》。

法官就職與效忠宣誓

本人（姓名），當選（或被任命）出任（司法職務），在此鄭重宣誓（或保證），我將盡我所能，忠實地補充我的司法職責。本人定當效忠馬來西亞，並維護、保護和捍衛《馬來西亞憲法》。

國會議員效忠宣誓

Saya, (nama), setelah dilantik sebagai seorang ahli Dewan Negara (atau Dewan Rakyat)dengan sesungguhnya bersumpah (atau berikrar) bahawa saya akan dengan jujur menunaikan kewajipan-kewajipan saya sebagai yang demikian dengan segala upaya saya, bahawa saya akan menumpahkan taat setia yang sebenar kepada Malaysia, dan akan memelihara, melindungi dan mempertahankan Perlembagaannya.

I, (name), having been appointed as a member of the Senate (or the House of Representatives) do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully discharge my duties as such to the best of my ability, that I will bear true faith and allegiance to Malaysia, and will preserve, protect and defend its Constitution.

本人（姓名），當選（或被任命）出任國會上議院（或國會下議院）議員，在此鄭重宣誓（或保證），我將盡我所能，忠實地履行我的職責。本人定當效忠馬來西亞，並維護、保護和捍衛《馬來西亞憲法》。

保密誓言

Saya, (nama), dengan sesungguhnya bersumpah (atau berikrar) bahawa saya tidak akan memberitahu atau menzahirkan kepada mana-mana orang sama ada secara lansung atau secara tidak lansung ap-apa perkara yang dibawa untuk pertimbangan saya atau yang akan saya ketahui sebagai seorang (nama jawatan). kecuali sebagaimana yang mungkin dikehendaki untuk menunaikan dengan sewajarnya kewajipan-kewajipan saya sebagai yang demikian atau sebagaimana yang mungkin dibenarkan dengan khas oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will not directly or indirectly communicate or reveal to any person any matter which shall be brought under my consideration or shall become known to me as (title of office) except as may be required for the due discharge of my duties as such or as may be specially permitted by the Yang di- Pertuan Agong.

南非

(So help me God.)
