歐洲左翼黨（英語：，缩写为PEL）是一個欧洲政党，由歐盟成員國及其它歐洲國家的民主社會主義政党和共產主義政黨组成。欧洲左翼党在2004年1月開始組織，同年5月8日在羅馬正式成立[2]，该党成立目的是改变现有政治体系、积极改善社会福利、反对資本主義和战争，并且承诺尊重人权和保护环境。[3]

党的第一次代表大會在2005年10月8日於雅典舉行。第二次代表大會則在2007年11月23日至25日於布拉格召開。[4] 第三次代表大会于2010年12月2-5日在巴黎举行。[5][6][7] 第四次代表大会于2013年12月13-15日在马德里举行[8]。第五次代表大会于2016年12月16-18日在柏林举行[9]。

当选欧洲议会议员的欧洲左翼党成员政党几乎都加入欧洲议会的欧洲联合左翼/北欧绿色左翼党团。部分成員及觀察員同時也參與更激進的歐洲反資本主義左翼。

组建欧洲左翼党的倡议并未得到欧洲各国左翼政党的普遍响应，以希腊共产党和葡萄牙共产党为首的欧洲正统派共产党对欧洲左翼党的成立表示强烈反对，并拒绝加入。
